This venue truly offers an elegant and luxurious experience. the rooms are spacious and well decorated with exclusive amenities and the spa centre provides a variety of relaxing treatments, including a sauna and massages. An outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery.
The location advantages are ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and shops, and the helpful and friendly service completes the experience. Cons: Although everything was fantastic, the only minor issue was the limited selection at the restaurant for breakfast. However, the buffet breakfast was still good. this hotel is definitely worth every penny for a wonderful and luxurious stay.

I had 4 nights in Medellin, spending the time here lovely. I loved rooms with the hot tub. Had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay in a long time. Everything was great, nonetheless we stayed for 7 nights only. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a fridge, a dining area and a seating area in the room. The hotel had a stunning location just walking distance from Centro Comercial Rio Sur.

The rooftop terrace offered great views and was a nice spot for drinks. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle to the airport.
The noise from the rooftop terrace carried into the bedrooms and made it difficult to sleep.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful.
